What to write to us about
Product suggestions are the most common reason readers get in touch. The retailer or marketplace, plus a link if the details are visible there. A one-line note with a link is enough.
What changed
For corrections, tell us what the current listing says so we can compare it against the page you were reading.
Send a suggestion or a correction

Can I ask which supplement suits me?
No. That question needs a qualified professional who can look at your situation, and we are an editorial desk. What we can explain is what a label says, what format a product comes in, and how it compares with similar men's vitamin supplements on the market.
How do you choose which products to cover?
We look at what is actually listed and sold to Indonesian buyers, then read the label: format, serving size, and the vitamins and minerals for men printed on the pack. Products that are hard to buy locally, or that change their formula constantly, stay off the list. Suggestions from readers help us spot the gaps.
Do you write reviews for payment?
